File Open & Close Notification Voice

I installed folder short cut on my homescreen. The problem is each time I touch the folder icon, the phone will give a voice notification " folder open" and subsequently once I launch an application or if I press the back button, the voice notification "folder close" will be spelt out.
I can't switch off the voice notification. Not even by swithing phone to silence mode.
Anyone can help?

I have this same problem. "The Folder Is Open, The Folder Is Closed" when opening/closing folders. Someone please help us.

I found the work around to fix this:
Go to Settings/Language and input/Text-to-speech output/
I had Google Text to Speech as preferred, so I changed it back to Samsung TTS.
This stopped the speech telling me when I opened folders or changed the workspace.
Hope this helps others.

Okay, counted my droids before they were programmed. This did not work... I need help. It went away for awhile, now it is back. I think I just had it muted somehow before.

I had light flow installed on mine and that was the culprit. I uninstalled it and the issue went away. Hope this helps

I had Light Flow Lite - LED Control installed too. So after uninstall it fixed the issue too.
