How do you Sync Outlook Calendar and Contacts on MS Exchange Server to Galaxy S3

Just got 3 new Galaxy S3. I was assured that we could sync our Outlook Calendar and Contacts on our Exchange Server. We have up to 5 people making changes to Calendar or Contacts daily. We were able to sync our Blackberry easily. Any help?

better to configure your exchange server, i guess the best way to configure your exchange server is not through email messaging application but through phone, settings, account and sync, tap add account, microsoft exchange activesync.. or better yet, try asking your IT admin, so at least he can assign one profile for your phone and you just configure it through accounts and sync, add account,tap server and input the necessary infos he provided you.
