I had my S3 stolen on Saturday but I had only had it a few days and so did not activate any of the tracking features or pin codes...
My Network Vodafone have cut the phone off but does this mean the thief can still access my text messages/email etc or if they connect it to a PC etc can they access anything?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

If there's no pin code or any security enabled on the phone then yes.
I'm not sure if this is still possible, but network operators used to be able send a signal via the sim card to completely block the handset. I assume you still have the packaging and paperwork? The IMEI number should be written down somewhere, maybe that can be used to block the handset. However, the chances are that if they wanted get info from your phone then they'd have done that by now. Did you setup you Google Play account on it? If so then inform Google Play by logging in online and just check they haven't bought a load of expensive apps!
