    Emails via Outlook with own domain name, how do I set up on Galaxy S3?

    Hi

    I have jsut got a Galaxy S3 and cannot set up my business emails. I have my own domain name which is hosted by my web provider, (they cannot help!) The G S3 will not accept the pop3 and smtp domains that I have used on both a blackberty and an Iphone in the past -

    does anyone know how to set this up on the Galaxy S3?

    Thanks
    Karen

    Not a direct reply to your question, but why don't you consider to migrate your mail to Google Apps (you can still keep your business domain that way). You can still use Outlook against Google Apps if you for any reasons want to use this program on your desktop computer.

    Android is designed to work with Google services and this way things will work much better and easier for you.

    I have my galaxy s3 setup to recieve and send using my domain emails as follows;

    incoming mail - your email address with password using the pop3 server, delete email from server set as never, that why you can still get them on yor pc.

    outgoing mail - smtp.yourdomain.com, port 587 and once again your email address and password.

    Hope this help.

    if your using cpanel with your domain and set up the email with that it will showyou the settings that you need to enter..in Email just go in Settings > + button in top right and choose the + sign enter in your email details and choose manual setup to enter server details in

    usual server for cpanel hosted domains is mail.yourdomain.com
